Efficiency
The harvest labour costs can be reduced by a half. A lower number of workers during the harvest, working to a higher performance level compared to traditional ways of picking and reduction of the number of rejects, this together with low running costs allows for a very short amortisation period.

What is the Tecnofruit system?
The Tecnofruit platform is a multi-purpose orchard management system that automates seasonal tasks to make them quicker, easier and more enjoyable.
· All year round versatility – the platform is easily converted for harvesting, pruning, tree training and thinning.
· It is more attractive for seasonal labour of all ages because it makes the job easier by doing away with ladders and picking baskets.
· It enables orchard operators to increase their bottom line through greater productivity and efficiencies in harvesting, pruning, tree training and thinning.
Tecnofruit CF-105
A compact machine for row distances from 3m-3.9m and plant heights to a maximum of 3.6m. The generous standard equipment and a complete range of accessories allow the machine to be adapted to the individual needs of modern fruit growers.
Equipped with a reliable 3-cylinder diesel engine, it has a fuel consumption and emission level in accordance with the TIER 4 norm. The four lateral platforms (back: 1.25m x 0.36m, front: 0.8m x 0.36m) permit picking at three picking levels in a very compact machine. As many as six persons can work comfortably at the same time without getting in each other’s way and in compliance with the highest ergonomic standards.
The option of an automatic trailer (offloading the full fruit containers onto the trailer) or a non-automatic trailer (offloading the full fruit containers onto the ground) which is particularly suited to very narrow or very short rows. An optional air compressor is available for 4 to 5 pruning shears.

Tecnofruit CF-110
Apple picking or any type of fruit picking machine for row distances of 3.6m-4.5m and plant heights to a maximum of 4m. Designed to be multi-purpose, it has a generous standard equipment, including the automatic trailer and the air compressor for 6 to 8 pruning shears. The CF 110 can be employed in many seasonal tasks.
Equipped with a 4 cylinder Diesel engine, it has a top speed of 18 km/h. The four lateral platforms have generous dimensions (1.38m x 0.4m) which allow the pickers maximum freedom of movement

Automatic Bins Trailer
The assisted changing of bins makes the job of the operator simple. It’s neither tiring or dangerous and a change over can be completed in 20 seconds. To meet the needs of orchards with limited or uneven shaped farmland, with short rows and/or very narrow layouts (less than 3.20 m), the Frumaco Europe offers this trailer for the management of the empty bins, making the Tecnofruit CF 105 into a complete harvesting system.
With this trailer model, the empty bins can be transported on the upper part of the trailer (maximum 6 plus one on the machine’s revolving floor) while the full bins are placed directly on the ground by the Tecnofruit CF 105.
The Simple Trailer is constructed so that it passes over the full bins deposited by the Tecnofruit CF 105. To ensure maximum ease of handling the Simple Trailer is equipped with 4 pivoting wheels (the rear wheels can be locked with a pin). In addition, the upper tracks are extendable in order to change the length of the trailer and adapt it to the required number of empty bins.
