CF105 Platforms

Fruit is placed directly onto soft conveyor belts and is pre-graded on its way to a vertical conveyor for gentle placement in the bin. Fully adjustable, split-level workstations provide access to the upper and middle levels of the tree while low fruit is picked by teams on the ground. Harvesting every level of the tree in one pass enables competent platform teams to pick up to 70 bins a day.

CF105 Levelling

The Tecnofruit CF105 Levelling Platform is identical to the CF105, but with the addition of a hydraulic levelling system to keep the platform level on sloping terrain.

Tecnofruit Automatic Bin Trailer

The Automatic Bin Trailer is a bin logistics solution that completes the Tecnofruit orchard platform package. With capacity for up to 16 empty and three full bins, it saves time and costs associated with pre-laying bins down orchard rows ahead of each harvest session.

The automatic bin system removes the full bin from the Tecnofruit platform and replaces it with an empty bin. Full bins can be held on the trailer or offloaded at one central location.

The trailer is equipped with independent rear wheel hydraulic steering for easier manoeuvrability and a decreased turning circle for the platform and trailer.

Tecnofruit Accessories

Raised Centre Belt
A Raised Centre Belt reduces the angle of the lateral picking belts on the Tecnofruit platform to prevent apples rolling down the belts when harvesting taller trees.

Additional Joystick
An extra joystick enables operation of the CF105 from anywhere on the platform and is particularly useful when using the hail net platform for installation and maintenance.

Hail Net Platform
Designed for installation and maintenance of hail nets, the solid base and extra height of the Hail Net Platform make it a versatile option for a range of other orchard tasks including pruning, running wires, and installing post extensions.

Air Compressor
Quick and easy to mount, the Compressor delivers high pressure air tool power to each workstation on the CF105 platforms.
